I’m Jase, founder of Hybrid Hill.

For over 15 years, I’ve served as a British Army Physical Training Instructor, preparing soldiers to perform under pressure and deploy on operations around the world. My job has never just been about getting people fit — it’s been about building stronger, more resilient individuals who can perform when it matters most.

Today, I bring that same coaching philosophy to everyday people.

As a HYROX Performance Coach, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Coach, and British Army Boxing Coach, I help busy professionals, parents, military personnel and emergency service workers build strength, improve fitness, lose body fat and regain confidence — without spending hours in the gym.

Yes. Every plan is built around your real schedule, shifts and family commitments first — not the other way round. Most clients train 3–4 times a week, with sessions designed to fit into 30–45 minutes.

I'm not in great shape right now — is this still for me?

Absolutely. Hybrid Hill is built for people starting from wherever they are. Your programme is tailored to your current fitness level and adjusted as you progress — no judgement, just steady, sustainable progress.

What's actually included in the coaching?

How much does it cost?
