I’m Jase, founder of Hybrid Hill.
For over 15 years, I’ve served as a British Army Physical Training Instructor, preparing soldiers to perform under pressure and deploy on operations around the world. My job has never just been about getting people fit — it’s been about building stronger, more resilient individuals who can perform when it matters most.
Today, I bring that same coaching philosophy to everyday people.

Yes. Every plan is built around your real schedule, shifts and family commitments first — not the other way round. Most clients train 3–4 times a week, with sessions designed to fit into 30–45 minutes.
